Returns
- You may return unused and undamaged dog and cat beds within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the dog or cat bed must be in its original condition, unused, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
How to return?
- Contact our customer service team at info@innovapetwood.com to initiate the return process.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Package the dog bed securely in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the provided shipping label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your dog or cat bed for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
